I have been taking my Mazda Miata to Autometrics since I purchased it two years ago, and they have been easily the best shop I've ever worked with. They've done everything from replace the differential to diagnose annoying (and admittedly irrelevant) noises promptly, accurately, and for a very reasonable price. The only time I've ever had a problem (after a timing belt replacement, one of the accessory belts came off) they fixed the problem at no cost to me (including a new OEM part!) in less than an hour. This in a situation in which their service was not necessarily to blame. They're willing to find used parts for you, and entirely happy with you providing your own parts if you so choose. In addition, they're sensitive to the needs of enthusiasts, providing services to exacting specifications using aftermarket parts without complaint or extra expense, and they're familiar with the needs of track-driven cars. The owner seems to know just about everything there is to know about my particular car, a '92 Mazda Miata, and often accurately diagnoses a problem with only a brief description. I can't say enough good things about these guys, they're staunch believers in the idea that repeat customers are the best kind, and do their best to earn them.
