I just stumbled onto this mechanic, after using many different garages in my local area. I found this mechanic to be the most reasonable and honest. He has never done any work that did not need to be done. If he replaces a part, and that does not cure the problem, he would take it off and put back on the original part, so I was not charged for a new part I did not need. My wife takes in the vehicle most all the time when it needs repairs. He will explain to her exactly what he is going to do. If she does not understand, he will "page" me at work and tell me. He worked as a mechanic for a Ford dealership, and was tired of seeing customers getting ripped off, so he opened his own shop. He specializes in Fords, Mercury,s , and Lincoln cars and trucks, but works on all other types of cars and trucks. He has done work on my other family members foriegn vehicles and has been excellent. I highly recommend to try him at least once and see for yourself. If he can't do the work he will recommend someone who probably can.
