I was visiting from out of town and my brand-new Costco tires blew. I obtained replacements from Costco, but they said I badly needed an alignment and that is why the tires blew. This was Sunday and I faced a 600-mile drive with unaligned tires, wearing them out fast at best and perhaps suffering another blow out at worst. A friend recommended Mike's. They were open on Sunday and quickly checked my car over. They determined it didn't need an alignment, just need to have the adjustment bolts tightened down. The car was perfectly aligned. The charge for checking the alignment and tightening the bolts on a Sunday, for an out-of-towner in desperate need, and in a hurry? Nadda. They took care of the problem Costco should have and gave me the confidence I could drive home safely. Everyone I spoke with in Santa Clarita uses them because they are honest, good, and fast.
