Owner Matthew and Service Manager Steve will meet you at the main desk, listen with wisdom, compassion, and good humor (not too unlike our favorite mechanical engineer brothers), then offer to either look closely into your reported issue and report back promptly or go right ahead with a necessary repair or a factory-authorized servicing. Their mechanics are factory-trained and love what they do. The shop will advise you of any additional findings and speak honestly with you about options. They use the best parts, either from an original supplier or a better one. If you live or work in the West San Fernando Valley, chances are they can give you a ride to and from work. They will also provide a loaner car at their expense from a local car rental agency, when you are facing major repairs. If you live in the West San Fernando Valley, Topanga, Calabasas, and Agoura, you may find as I did that you have been blessed with the best "pit crew" you could ask for. They even service American makes/models, besides Japanese and others. They now service my son's Chevy truck, as well as my own 4Runner and my wife's Prius (yes, Prius), with high expertise and fair pricing.
