What I think is great about Vic and his team is that even if I have a little problem with my car, they take the time to answer my questions and take a look at it. For example, I went over a speed bump or something and a metel piece on the bottom of my car was partially ripped off. Vic put it on the lift, took a look at it, took the metal piece off, and then send me on my way without charging me. I was worried that the car needed the piece, and he told me why it didn't and that all was well. I haven't had a problem since. Furthermore, they take the time to explain everything and will be patient when I ask a lot of questions. They don't use used parts, only factory made parts, and high end oil. Some people may see this as a pro, others as a con. All in all, I'm very pleased with their work. They came to me highly recommended by two friends who didn't know each other. I would highly recommend them to any BMW, Audi, or VW owner!

Found them here on this site and gave them a call. The guy I talked to on the phone seemed to know what he was talking about in regards to my Passat. I got a good feeling from him and told him I would call the schedule an appointment when work permitted. I ended up taking my car there for many needed items. Everything was repaired and a complete inspection done of my car as well. I had to go back for a second repair on my blower motor that was working intermittently. They ended up having to replace the blower motor. They had to jump through hoops to get one from a dealer as they don't go out very often and most of the local dealers didn't have one in stock. Vic, the owner, stayed late to get my car finished and picked up so I could have it for the weekend, much appreciated. I still have to get in there for my broken power door locks to be fixed, and I am sure they will do a good job.
