Fernando Ramis saved my car from being being totalled by my insurance company, AAA. As he says, "I work for you, not the insurance company." The first estimate at a shop recommended by AAA was more than the value of the car. My wonderful mechanics at the Model Garage in Berkeley suggested Car Craft. Fernando believes in educating customers about car repairs and how insurance works(or doesn't). He is totally honest and works with you to get what you need for your car. Although he has a business degree from the University of San Francisco, he decided to run a small business. He went out of his way to take care of my car including getting my smog inspection done because I was leaving for a vacation. And he used a coupon he had for a discount at the smog shop. That's what I call customer service.

I took my Ranger to Car Craft when the side view mirror mysteriously disappeared. Fernando took the time to explain why he could not replace just the mirror but also had to replace the mirror's frame. He was friendly, informative and completed the work on time for a reasonable price.
