I have been going to this shop for many years.I have never experienced any problems with this neighborhood shop. When I need to chage my oil,I prefer to purchase my own oil and oil filter to save money( I prefer to use a synthec blend oil and Fram oil filters), Romy just change my oil without him asking me to buy his oil and oil filter. He is very knowledgable mechanic. He responds well when they screw up. I took my Mazda to change my brake pads. Apparently, since my vehicle was made after July of my model year, the brake pads were different. He immediately informed me that the pads that were ordered through his supply were not the type used in my vehicle. He apologized my for the error, and that my car repair will take a little longer than expected. He services all makes and models. If anyone is looking for a relaible, honest, neighborhood mechanic I recommend Romy's Automotive. Joel D.
