For Honesty and Customer Service Their Is No Equal
Dec 12, 2000
The mechanics at Snow's are honest and straightforward. They take the time to explain repairs and treat customers (even those of us who aren't very mechanical) with dignity. I don't know their policies about guarantees, but any time there was a problem, they cheerfully corrected it. If I bring in something they can't fix (they do not do air conditioning or transmissions), they will recommend someone who does that work. Several years ago I brought in a car with a broken windshield washer system. After asking if I cared what it looked like (under the hood? why?), the mechanic rummaged in the back room and returned with some parts and glue. He sent me on my way a short time later, advising me to not use it for at least an hour. And charged me something absurd, like about $10. It still works.
