Appointment made & honoured re front-end noise in my '88 Class A motorhome, 70,000 miles. Also fuel tank leak & belts needed attention. Analysis of noise was tough, & required 4 test drives. Other "chain" repair shops could not trace the noise. Turned out to be a combo of hub-cap interior rattle, & more importantly the caliper spring on the right wheel assy which had flattened out, hence rattling when rough road was encountered. Was charged a flat rate which equated to far less than their already- reasonable hourly labour rate. And lots of explanation accompanied the repair. Good stuff!

Joe the foreman, has scheduled in several types of vehicle and repaired them all promptly, fairly and kept me informed.

Joe has seen to the care of my '87 Buick for years and has often gone beyond the immediate problem to take care of some minor maintenance (checking hoses, adding any low fluids, etc.). Richard's has always treated me as well as any male, I'm sure, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing honest, competant, fair priced automotive care.

My 87 year old mother took her 1998 Chevrolet Lumina in to this shop. Her turn signals didn't work. Another mechanic had quoted her $300 to take apart the assembly. The people at this shop sprayed some cleaner in the turn signal assembly and fixed the problem for $10. Highly recommended!
