I took my car to Bud after I screwed it up. I managed to cross thread the oil drain plug. After taking to car to him and assuming it would need a new oil pan and gasget (lots of labor to remove and replace), was I surprised to learn that he was able to tap out the old plug, and fix the threads of the pan and put in a new plug. We discussed replacing the pan and I was expecting to spen a couple hundred dollars or more. When I picked up the car, it was $65.00 total! He has earned my respect and loyalty! This man knows how to treat customers and has a lot of integrity.

Bud's fantastic, the best mechanic I've ever had. He and his wife are so nice and helpful. I wish the world were full of people like them. He kept my Nissan going for years at a fraction of what the dealer would've charged. Best of all was that he could say what wasn't worth worrying about -- and he was always right. Unfortunately, Bud's closed his shop because he wasn't getting enough business. If you have a big project like a rebuild, you can still take your car out to him in Arivaca. He's done some pretty high end stuff, but he's happy to help you with whatever you've got.
