Charles and Jack are totally trustworthy. I have dropped off my car(s) on a couple occasions, only to recieve a call later stateing that no repairs are really needed at this time. I once bought a lemon (truck) and they pretty much donated most of the labor needed to get it running safely, just because my wife had been laid off from work. Once, I had recommended them to an aquaintance, who stiffed them for +$3,000.00 in rebuild/repairs. Not only did they not resent me, but they had the integrity not to verbally abuse the deadbeat in front of me.

for the little things, when something went wrong with my 88 mis precis,(173,800 miles) they get it right in and fix it while i wait. for bigger jobs call a day or two ahead and they will get it in. the guys are great. only had to take my car back one time for them to correct a repair and they fixed it in minutes, and if you are a repeat customer they give you a break on the labor or parts sometimes. now i have a newer hyundai and no way i'm taking it in to a dealership for repairs. i'm taking it to cp auto chasers.

I took my Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 to their repair facility twice. The first instance was for my A/C. They troubleshot the problem to a sticking valve. Rather than charge me for a new valve or line, they removed the valve, cleaned it and reinstalled it. My A/C has worked great since and they saved me hundreds of dollars. The second problem was related to my transmission. It would not shift in to any gear. I had it towed to their garage. I did not have an appointment. They looked at it and repaired it before the end of the same day! It ended up that a nut and lock washer had worked loose on the shift linkage at the transmission and had fallen off. They replaced the nut and lockwasher and all was fine. I do think the charge for this repair was slightly high, but then prices of everything have risen so maybe it was okay. The repair was $87.00. The A/C repair was very reasonable.
