I don't know the depth and details of their business, the only vehicle I have and have needed to have them work on is a 1998 Honda Civic. I was having problems with it at 1640 on a Friday, and I asked them to please take a look at it. A mechanic hopped in the car, took it for a quick test drive, identified the problem as an air conditioning belt, and put the car up on the jack to confirm it. While under the car, he noticed that the shoes had come off the axles, and that the front axles needed to be replaced. Instead of just telling me "You need to replace this, this and this" and expecting me to take his word for it, he took me out on the shop floor, and slowly walked me through everything that he saw and pointed out the evidence/signs that indicated need for repair. Then, as a temporary fix and to prevent damage to the vehicle, he removed the AC belt. Price? Free. All of that information and service late on a Friday afternoon for free. They did the axle repair a week later, and came in slightly under their estimate. These are the only people I will trust to work on my vehicle the rest of the time I'm out here.
