I own a 1988 corvette that someone before me used and abused and these guy's have helped me be able to keep this thing running on a very limited budget. I would dare say that if it we're not for the honesty of this shop and M. Ken Miller I would probably be walking/bus riding. I would trust them with any and all repairs needed. 30 years ago I was a service advisor in a major dealership and these guy's treat me better than the dealership had me treating people. The place does'nt look that great but whats on the inside is real people doing a great job. Sincerely, Joe Armstrong

Needed a mechanic/shop at the last minute and found Browns on the Car Talk site and took a chance. Much to my surprise they did the job and exceeded my expectations in treating me and my friend (female). I would, without hesitation use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable honest shop in the Northwest valley.

I OWN A LATE MODEL BMW. FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY VEHICLE TO THE DEALER, GETTING CHARGED ALOT OF MONEY FOR SERVICE AND REPAIRS. A FRIEND TOLD ME OF BROWNS, WHAT A JOY, THEY ARE A FACTORY AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER FOR ALL MAKES AND MODELS. THE PRICING IS ABOUT A THIRD OF WHAT THE DEALER WAS CHARGING ME. THE OWNER KEN HAS 25 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND IS AWESOME. (KINDA CUTE TOO). HE TAKES THE TIME TO EXPLAIN MY VEHICLE REPAIRS, ALSO SHOWS ME THE PARTS WHEN I'M THERE. HE IS JUST AN HONEST GREAT GUY. SO IS THE TEAM HE HAS WORKING FOR HIM. THEY ARE ALWAYS SMILING AND HAPPY. YOU CAN WATCH THEM WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE FROM THE UNBELIEVABLE LOBBY THEY HAVE.

OK, I was referred to Brown's by a friend. Check this out, after I brought my car to them, Ken called me with an estimate, I approved it, and he said it would be done by the end of the day. Later that day Ken called me back, told me my car was finished, and that when he originally looked at the car he thought it was a clutch that was bad. When he pulled the transmission, the clutch was fine, and it was a slave cylinder. Now this guy had my approval for almost a grand. When i got there, my bill was under $200.00 dollars. WOW!!!! Never in my life have I heard of a shop being so honest. They have my business forever................
