Classic gold is not only a repair shop but is also a full service body shop. The office staff is always friendly and professional. The mechanics will not attempt unnecessary repairs and are very resonable with their hourly rates and how long they bill for particular jobs. I was selling my Honda a few years ago and brought it in for a tune up and inspection before I listed it. They called one half hour later and said the car was running perfectly when I brought it in (they pulled a spark plug and could tell I had recently replaced them) and said come pick it up there is no charge. Subsequently, this is the only shop I have used and I have nothing but praise for the mechanics at Classic Gold (particularly eddy). I did use the body shop for some minor repairs and had problems getting the paint job done properly, but they were accomodating and did repaint the affected areas. For fluids, alignments, and brakes my experiences have been positive. I have not needed more complex repairs, but have full confidence in their abilities if and when I do.

I had several opportunities to have my car repaired at this facility. The first time, was to have my A/C repaired in mu older vehicle. The estimate that I was given was right on target, and the repairs were explained to my satisfaction. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The next time I went to Classic Gold, I needed to have my rear bumper painted on my new 2005 Corolla. That was also done very professionally. The person that helped me, Joe, was very nice and he did an awesome job on my car. As a matter of fact, my husband needs some body work done on his vehicle and he already has it scheduled to be done at this facility. I feel comfortable at the shop, the people are very friendly, and I would highly reccommend them to all.

We have had them work on our car twice- once when the radiator went- at the time we were a one car family and they stayed late (on a Friday!) to get the car repaired and ready to go. The car was done early, fixed for exactly what they quoted and they then took the time to go over the work that was done and work that potentially could be done in the future. On this second occasion, my water pump and thermostat went and before I brought the car in, I called Amy at the front, who spent about 15 minutes on the phone having me look for various things to get a better picture of what could be wrong and also to make sure I had enough coolant to get to the shop. After I dropped the car off they promptly called me at home to let me know what the problems were (and explained it so someone with no car knowledge could get it!), how long they'd take and most importantly... what it would cost. I feel comfortable dropping my car off there and knowing that they do a great and HONEST job fixing it- trust me, I have dealt with shop owners who were despicable. Dealing with Classic Gold has been great and has made having a car that needs repairs much less stressful than it possibly could be.

Just had my alternator go- I left the car there after hours, left my details on their voice mail and at 7:30 the next morning they called to let me know they had gotten my message and had the car in and being worked on- throughout the day someone called to give me an update as to how things were going and when it would be fixed- such a pleasure to not feel clueless about what was happening!
