I am not a mechanic, but I know the basics and had an idea of what the problem was all three times. I checked around at other shops and Mr. Cooper always had the best price. It is a family run shop and coincidently his wife worked at the school my wife attended. Mrs. Cooper was not aware of this, but wife noticed it. Mr. Cooper's price estimate was always close to the actual cost.

Knowledgable service and reasonable prices. Far better eperience at Cooper's than either Subaru dealership.

Live in central Phoenix and drive an out-of-warranty Subie? Cooper's is the real deal for their maintenance & repair. I've asked him to do work that he explains I don't need yet. He is reasonable: I work at a dealership, one of the American Big 3, and thus I know unreasonable. Folks at a local Subaru dealership recommend him. I think he knows nearly everything about our cool Subarus!

My ex-wife told me about Cooper's and she heard about him from a work friend. This guy is the real deal, he is customer focused. He understands the need to keep costs to what is truely needed vs what he needs to make a 'boat payment' that month. A regular guy doing good work.

The first time I met him, I was in tears because I had just spent a fortune repairing my car with someone else and it wasn't running right. He made an adjustment in about a minute, fixed my problem and didn't charge me! I love this guy. I have always been treated very nicely and honestly at this business. He has never gone over estimate. I have never had to bring anything back for adjustment or additional repairs. I highly recommend this shop.

The shop was purchased a few years ago by Bill Bremser. He and his mechanics are very honest and competent. They always check if the repairs can be fixed under warranty instead and save the customer money. Very reasonably priced and personable also.
