My mechanic spent an incredible amount of time trying to find the source of a problem for me. The replacement part he purchased was defective which created other problems. When the problem was solved, he only charged me for one hour labor and for a new set of plugs. He would not charge me more because he felt he should have found the problem sooner. The whole problem had been created by Pep Boys in that they had a returned part and did not notice that they had been given back a defective computer. The guy who bought the computer used it in his car and took his old one and put it in the new box and took it back to Pep Boys and asked for his money back. Pep Boys sold the used one to my mechanic for a new one. This mechanic could have charged me a lot more than he did but he is extremely honest and reputable. I appreciate this man so much and have recommended him to everyone seeking reliable automotive work.

They turned the front drums and lined up the front end on my VW. They even loaned me a wheel puller at no charge. They were very courteous, and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone in need of automobile service.
