my mechanic, frank, lets me know what the problem is before he makes the correction. he allows me to be part of the decision making, explaining it in a way that I understand. He treats my car like a secure investment. That is very important to me. I know that my car is alway road worthy and user friendly.

I had a collision and had my car repaired at this place. The repair was probably somehow slow, because it took well over a month to fix it (I know it's a big repair, but I didn't expect it to take so long). Also the mechanic insisted using non-OEM parts, claiming no difference in quality. Anyway, the car was fixed, and I have no problem with it for 3 years now, although my wife thought the AC is not strong as before.
