I have enough confidence in Jerry to take my truck with 100,000 miles on in to him, tell him I'm going on a 5,000 mile trip, do what needs to be done so I make it home. He did it, didn't gouge me, I went, and I made it home. Anoher time I was having intermittent stalling problems, which of course wouldn't happen when he drove with me. He worked on the problem for a day or two with no sucess and told me I should take it to a dealer who would have the equipment to diagnose the problem-and didn't charge me a nickel. By the way, the dealer couldn't diagnose the problem either. The problem was solved in a WalMart checkout line when a fellow customer told me he had the same problem and how it was fixed. Dealer said no way, but finally tried the suggested solution and it worked.

A nice shop and kind people to work with. I was expecting inflated prices, given the business area. Still, they delivered excellent service at reasonable rates.
