I've been taking my car to Community Tire for 8 years now. Above all and most important to me, they are honest and fair. They don't misrepresent problems: a hose clip came off once and they fixed it and didn't charge me. I took my car in for an oil change and a once-over recently and they replaced light bulbs without a charge. What I'm trying to say is that they always go above and beyond. I don't know the limits of the guarantees, but they stand behind their work and, in the words of the survey, respond well when they screw something up (which only happened once in 8 years). They probably aren't the cheapest place in town but they have internet specials for oil changes and the like. I just looked at their site today and was suprised to see they have a maintenance service package - they don't hard sell. They do what you ask and make suggestions when necessary.
