I've used this shop to turn the rotors on my family's 2005 Ford E-350 12-passenger van. They seemed to be some pretty nice guys, so I gave them a try when the air conditioning clutch on our 1999 Ford Escort grenaded. My wife took the car to the shop on a Friday afternoon and explained what happened. Saturday morning they called up and let me know that they could turn the a/c compressor by hand and felt pretty confident that the compressor was good and the a/c clutch would have to be replaced. The mechanic asked if it would be okay if they could finish the job on Monday, because the shop was short-handed and he wasn't feeling well and needed to go home...not a problem because I didn't need the car. Monday morning the shop called up and let me know that the car would be ready in the afternoon and provided me with the price with labor. I'll definitely use Car Guy LLC again; they were friendly and honest!
