I find this business and the personnel to be trustworthy and reliable. The quality of their work is excellent. One of the things I really appreciate about this business is that they treat all customers with honesty, integrity, and respect, whether male or female. There is one instance that I must relate. I currently own a 2001 Ford Focus ZX3. On more than one occasion, I've asked the mechanics at Express Oil about the suggested frequency of transmission service. When they could have taken the opportunity to perform this service and take my money, they were honest enough to tell me that because of the type of engine I have, they would recommend that the service be performed by my dealer. They also told me that their company is not allowed to perform transmission work on my type of engine (Mazda). I can't appreciate that kind of honesty enough.
