Although this shop is VERY busy, we have always gotten personal attention and timely service. Recently, we faced some pricey suspension and wheel repairs and these guys actually told us what repairs were urgent and what we would be facing in a few months--instead of scaring us into repairing everything at once. Mind you, on this particular occasion they were repairing something we had paid another shop $800 to "repair" a month prior!! The fact that they treat me, the female owner of this car, the same as they treat my husband is practically unheard of around here; Marty even took me to the back to show me the damaged parts. By the way, Marty is Mazda factory trained. The last time I was by to get a tire plugged, I noticed a very shiny Bentley up on the rack getting brakes--if that guy trusts this shop with that car....well, I need say no more.

I've only been to them once, but I definitely plan to go again. Stan was the guy who worked with me and he could not have been nicer. I felt like I was the only customer they had despite the many cars I saw. They kept in constant touch with me about what they were doing and were honest with me about what was urgent and what could wait. They even gave me pricing options on my tires. Being on a tight budget, it was nice to work with these honest people. I have an old car with high mileage so I need a good mechanic. I think I have found one at Tire Engineers. What a relief!
