Simply put a rare mechanic shop, because they are honest & do the best work I have seenfrom any mechanic shop around town and that includes the overpriced dealers. They make sure the car is serviced right the first time and have the best mechanics in town. Their prices are also very competative. In the past ten years, We( my wife and I) have had a 88 Maxima, 81 toyota, 93 Mazda MPV(The worst car I have ever owned and the worst dealer), 94 Honda, and 98 Chevy Suburban; before and during the time I have used galleria tire center I tried others and in our opinion they are an excellent shop. We still own the last two cars and they service them better than the dealears and cheaper too. I highly reccomend them. By the way this is Birmingham, the Nearest public transportation is 200 mile due east in Atlanta:-) Sincerly, Aref EGHBALIAN Aref Eghbalian

They are honest, I would say. I am a person w/out much money & a bummer car & Matthew has turned down work when he didn't think my vehicle was worth it. He could have made good money off of me, but chose to tell me the truth about my vehicle. He doesn't do unnecessary work.

I am a female w/ an ailing auto. Who can I trust? I can depend on Matthew for accurate, honest repairs. My safety is a great concern for him. I have experienced other repairmen where I have to return for the problem to be "readjusted" - not w/ Matthew. When he repairs my vehicle, it is repaired. Matthew is honest & dependable. I really trust him, which is making quite a statement coming from a gold medalist in the "disappointed car repair experience department".

Mr. Calloway and his Staff are by far the best mechanic shop that I have had the pleasure to deal with. Quality of service is second to none. When you are waiting for your car to be serviced, you realize that other customers that are waiting there, are all repeat clients, I have met people who have been using Galleria tire center for the past 18 years. we have been a client for the past 15 and several people that we had recommended Galleria tire center to, have become avid and loyal clients as well.

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Galleria tire center since 1989. You will not find a better mechanic shop in town than Galleria Tire center. They are very loyal to their clients and they do their work right the first time. If y'all ever move to this area, make sure you find these guys. Public Transportation???? What Public Transportaion? hey you can not even find sidewalks unless you are in downtown Birmingham. But that is not galleria tire center's fault. Azita Takeshian

Matthew and John are some of the most honest and trustworthy people I have ever worked with in the automotive business. I have taken all three of my most recent cars to them (an ailing Mazda, a fancy-pants Audi, and my current Toyota) and I feel that they have never steered me wrong. When I was fresh out of college and struggling to put tires on my ailing Mazda, they found me the most inexpensive - but not cheap - tires they could... shopping all around the state to get the best deal. They got me. Right then. All of my automotive work - customer for life. They are no longer convenient to my home or work, in any way, but I still go there without fail because I know that I can trust them. Great shop!
