I worked with Randy, the owner, for a while a long time ago, and we became good friends. He's an honest, direct, no BS kinda guy with a great sense of humor, treats customers like old friends, and has been known to waive any fees if the repair was something short and silly. He likes what he does, and frequently throws in some extra touches, like fixing some unrelated minor problem discovered while doing the contracted job, or cleaning the engine compartment and undercarriage, windows, and sometimes even a wash and vacuum, at no extra charge. About the only thing I've heard him say he avoids is motor-homes, which I understand completely, having done time at a motorhome rental company myself.

Not only is the man a talented mechanic, Randy also gives counsel and comfort to all his customers on all the problems that comes their way, not just to their vehicles. He seems to be able to fix most anything as I have seen everything in his shop. From antique boats and tractors to exotics with classic musclecars thrown in from time to time. If he can fix these, your standard commuter will be a snap. It should be noted that he has sharp wit and you will leave his shop satisfied with a smile on your face.
